The helpline runs on Tuesdays 11-5pm. Outside of the helpline hours you can telephone and leave a message and Elisabeth will get back to you as soon as possible. We aim to provide information and signposting but the we are NOT a crisis service. For emergency or life-threatening situations, please contact 999, your local A&E department or The Samaritans (116 123).
There are other organisations which run helplines for survivors of abuse (though not specifically for dissociative disorders). Many local rape crisis and sexual abuse centres have helplines as well which are generally available nationally (that is you don't need to live in the area to use it). We will be adding to the list over the coming months.
