These cards were developed with input from a variety of sources including TAG (Trauma and Abuse Group) and FPP (First Person Plural), but we would welcome your views on the cards, especially feedback on how useful they are and in what ways they could be improved in the future.
These cards are FREE to anyone who wants one in the UK -
MIND (the National UK Mental Health charity) has produced a leaflet ‘Understanding Dissociative Disorders’. Written by Kathryn Livingston from First Person Plural, this is an excellent short introduction to dissociation. It is very useful for giving to family, friends or GP’s etc.
